My body is responding to a shrinking virtual white box with my breathing sounds responding to my body movement, which draws connections to the logging industry and how it is harming the environment. The logging industry is known for taking down trees, building the roads and transporting resources out of the forest, which creates irregular shapes, holes and other landscapes in nature. My sounds aim to communicate a sense of struggle, discomfort and the correlation between breaths and threes as the producers of oxygen and the carbon reducers.

I made a “lingerie” out of bike components and wires. Lingeries for women from last century, such as corset, was knwon to physically transform women’s body into certain shapes, which forces women to physically behave in a delicate way. This device can also physically change the way I walk, but in the opposite manner that against the expectation and norms that are set up for females.

GMO stands for genetically modified organisms. GMO has been widely used in scientific research and production of goods. A more specifically defined type of GMO is a "transgenic organism." This is an organism whose genetic makeup has been altered by the addition of genetic material from an unrelated organism.
